Bella Via was established in October of 1999 in its current location in the Wildwood Medical Center. We are proud to be the first medically-based day spa in the tri-state region. Drs. Craig Colville and John Zavell direct our services and product selection and integrate advanced spa strategies with their plastic surgery practice. Our services are administered by registered nurses, licensed massage therapists and licensed estheticians who have participated in national seminars to receive advanced training certification in medically-based spa therapies, as well as patient treatment and safety.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your observance of our Cancellation Policy. This policy allows us to inform other clients of availability, as well as helping to keep our technicians’ schedules filled. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and your consideration of your technician and your fellow clients.

For new clients, initial appointments must be secured with a $25 deposit, which will be deducted from the total of your scheduled service, or refunded if the appointment is cancelled before 24-hours. In the event of a no-show, Bella Via will keep the deposit. 

For established clients Bella Via requires a 24-hour advance cancellation notice. If an appointment is no-showed, cancelled or rescheduled after 24-hours, your next appointment must be secured with a $25 deposit which will be deducted from the total of your future scheduled service. 

For all clients, spa packages and services that require 2 hours or more on the schedule must be secured with a gift card number or a $25 deposit, which will be deducted from the total of your scheduled services, or refunded if the appointments are cancelled before 24-hours. In the event of a cancellation before 24-hours or a no-show, Bella Via will keep the deposit or deduct $25 from the gift card.
