Bella Via accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

For new clients, initial appointments must be secured with a $25 deposit, which will be deducted from the total of your scheduled service, or refunded if the appointment is cancelled. In the event of a no-show, Bella Via will keep the deposit. We request that you give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel.

In the event of a no-show by an established client, the subsequent appointment must be secured with a $25 deposit, which will be deducted from the total of your
scheduled service, refunded if the appointment is cancelled, and kept if the appointment is missed.

For all clients, spa packages and services that require 2 hours or more on the schedule must be secured with a gift card number or a $25 deposit, which will be deducted from the total of your scheduled services, or refunded if the appointments are cancelled before 24 hours. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a
no-show, Bella Via will keep the deposit or deduct $25 from the gift card.

For any missed appointment, accumulated points from our Bella Point Program will be deducted from your account (up to 500).
