Front Desk Coordinator/Licensed Esthetician/Makeup Artist
Jannette began working as a part-time receptionist at Bella Via in December of 2007, and eventually became a full-time employee in 2009. You can find her in the office coordinating the many functions of the front desk, including scheduling, and helping to manage the spa’s social media pages. Jannette has found relief in many of the treatments and products that we offer in the spa, and loves her job. In 2015, Jannette decided that she missed working one-on-one with clients and decided to attend the Toledo Academy of Beauty Culture for Esthetics. As of December 2016, Jannette is our newest Licensed Esthetician! She plans on continuing to work closely in the office while building her own clientele. When you see Jannette, she is ready to be at your service!
Licensed Esthetician/Makeup Artist/Certified Lash Artist
Joy has been an esthetician and makeup artist with Bella Via since March of 2001. She loves her job! Joy graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 1998. She especially enjoys helping clients to transform their skin, whether it’s getting rid of acneic problems or correcting sun damage. Joy enjoys using many different modalities to help her clients achieve their skin care goals!
Licensed Esthetician/Makeup Artist/Certified Permanent Cosmetics Professional
Karen graduated from the University of Toledo in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2004, she underwent a major career change and received her esthetics license. She began working at Bella Via in May of 2005. Karen is the past president of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, a national organization dedicated to the promotion of education and clinical skills of estheticians working with plastic surgeons. Karen has also been a speaker for many organizations, spreading her passion for healthy skin care. She especially enjoys the art of permanent makeup, having performed over 2500 procedures since 2007.
Licensed Esthetician/Makeup Artist
Krissy has a B.A. in Art from the University of Toledo, and an M.F.A. in Art from the University of Idaho. She received her Managing Esthetician License in 2006, and began performing skincare at Bella Via in November of 2006. Krissy is able to incorporate her vast experience as an artist into her career as an esthetician. Krissy believes proper skincare practices create and maintain a healthy complexion, and offers her another canvas in which to create a masterpiece.
